September 2019 Update

New Support

God has answered your prayers regarding our support! We are pleased to inform you that we have six new supporting churches this quarter. We have currently raised 80% of our needed support. We are thankful for the Lord’s hand on our ministry in this way.

In August, we crossed two milestones in our ministry journey: we celebrated one year of full-time deputation and our 100th presentation meeting. God has brought in our support quicker than we imagined.

With His continued provision, we are planning our departure for Ecuador to take place in the spring of 2020.

Answers to Prayer

In our last two prayer letters, we asked you to pray that our midweek openings would be filled through the end of this year. God has blessed our schedule, and we have only two available dates remaining for meetings in 2019. With Easter Sunday being our first real opening in 2020, we are in a great position to complete all our existing meetings and reach full support.

We have purchased tickets for a short trip to Ecuador in January. We will be spending time with our coworkers, Sid and Susie Messer, and will attempt to secure housing and necessary items for our permanent arrival.

Life has been such a joy with a toddler! We have enjoyed watching Weston’s growth and development, even in the few months since celebrating his first birthday. Time spent together as we travel and the opportunity to visit with extended family has been a blessing.

Goals and Prayer Requests

· Departure to Ecuador to remain on schedule for Spring 2020

· 13 more supporting churches needed for full support

· Strength and good health through fall and winter schedule

· Effective ministry: salvation and surrender decisions
