July 2020 Monthly Update

Please pray that they arrive in good time and without any damage. If all is in order, we will make an appointment with the consulate in New Jersey in the coming weeks. Residency offers many long-term advantages as missionaries. Additionally, it allows us to quarantine in our own rental home upon arrival as opposed to a government designated hotel room at our expense.

Ashley and I helped in our sending church’s Vacation Bible School. VBS was held online through a series of YouTube videos. We led singing together and Ashley taught “Operation Auca,” a story on the life of missionary to Ecuador, Nate Saint.

Please continue to pray for the quick issuance of Brooklyn’s passport and wisdom regarding our departure date.
